Izumo logo design
We designed a logo to be used in social media platforms for tourism promotion of Izumo City with my former colleague Lucie Bourgeois (check out her LinkedIn). There are different color themes to reflect seasons, and the basic design mimics the Japanese personal seal, inkan. See also Ancient_Japan_Izumo on instagram, or Izumo JAPAN channel on YouTube to find out about the beautiful city with mystical history!

Wander Lapland logo
I designed a logo for my friend who runs a business of bringing chinese tourists to Lapland. The brief was to include reindeer/aurora/forest and bright green and blue colors. I desingned it so that it looks good in black and white, too. The reindeer started out realistic, but due to the customers wishes, it became more fairytale-styled.

Murals
I painted these murals for our house. The first one is cherry blossoms by the kitchen table so we can have hanami whenever we want.
The second one is to liven up the small WC. We chose very modern tiles and fittings for all the wet spaces, so I went a diffenrent direction with the artwork; classical tattoo theme of snake and peony colours to match the tiles.

New Year Greetings
I send New Year greetings to friends in Japan, and a couple of times I made an illustration for it with the Chinese horoscope animal on it, as it is customary in Japan to use them for New Year stationary. These are from 2022 and 2023.

Night Time Activities of Girls
& Oulu Tarot
I displayed these illustrations for a group exhibition in 2024. The first two are manga inspired mixed media drawings on A4 craft paper.
The tarot cards are inspired by conversations with local people, and of course tarot cards. The illustrations are A3 acrylic paintings, which I scanned and printed out as tarot size- cards.
